Public holidays are on 25-27 Dec and 1-3 Jan, so there are no courier pickups on those days.

Until 9 January, we will be operating with skeleton staff.  That means we will still ship parcels, but will be slower to respond to phone calls, emails, Facebook and Instagram messages, and chats during that time.
